What this policy covers

This policy covers 399SiteDesign.com, website-preview and customer-account features hosted by 399SiteDesign, lead and support forms, and the optional SEO Wizard add-on. It does not control the privacy practices of third-party services you choose to visit or use.

Information we collect

We collect information you submit, such as your name, business name, phone number, email, city, services, website details, profile links, support messages, uploaded content, and payment-reference information. Customer tools may store site edits, SEO checklist evidence, work notes, scan results from public web pages, and progress snapshots you enter.

We also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request times, device/browser type, approximate network information, page actions, authentication sessions, error records, and abuse-prevention signals. We do not ask customers to put passwords, API keys, or third-party account credentials into SEO Wizard notes.

How we use information

We use information to create and deliver website previews and purchased sites, operate customer accounts, provide SEO Wizard, respond to requests, verify payments, prevent misuse, diagnose errors, measure product performance, comply with law, and maintain business records. SEO Wizard scans only public HTTP or HTTPS destinations supplied through the customer project and stores bounded findings rather than full fetched pages.

Mobile information and text messages

When you expressly opt in to receive text messages, we use your mobile number and consent record to send the 399SiteDesign messages described at the point of opt-in, such as a requested preview link, service updates, or replies to your questions. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, text-message originator opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide the minimum necessary mobile information to communications vendors and service providers that transmit or support our messages, subject to their role in providing that service. Opt-out requests are retained as needed to honor suppression.

Service providers and disclosures

We may share the minimum necessary information with infrastructure, database, communications, payment, analytics, security, and professional-service providers that help us run the business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money or use customer-submitted SEO data to guarantee or fabricate search results.

Cookies, sessions, and retention

Customer accounts use essential cookies to keep users signed in and protect authenticated actions. We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve customer work and transaction records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain security. Retention periods vary by record type; inactive sessions expire automatically.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information that is not required for an active service, transaction record, security purpose, or legal obligation. You can stop submitting optional information, stop using the service, or request support at any time. Customers control whether they manually confirm profiles, enter outcome metrics, or follow third-party setup links.

Security and children

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect customer information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. 399SiteDesign is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
