What happens when I purchase my preview?
Payment removes the sales overlay and unlocks your private site editor. You secure your account, review the site, request any launch changes, and connect the custom domain you own. Your purchased site remains live on our hosting URL while the domain is connected.
Is hosting really free for life? Are there hidden fees?
Yes: free hosting for the life of your 399SiteDesign site, with no hidden hosting bill. The flat build price is $399. Your only separate recurring cost is a custom domain if you choose one, paid directly to your domain registrar.
Where do I buy my domain, and how is it connected?
Buy it wherever you prefer; we recommend GoDaddy because many owners already use it. In your registrar, open DNS, add the records we provide, and remove conflicting old records. DNS connection keeps your real domain in the address bar and is better than simple URL forwarding. We can walk you through it.
Can I edit the site myself after purchase?
Yes. The visual editor lets you update headlines, descriptions, services, hours, phone, email, address, colors, images, forms, and key site settings. Save once and the change appears on the live site. You can also ask us for free basic edits and updates for life.
How does the first customer login work?
Your one-time activation username is the first 3 digits of the business phone number and the activation password is the last 4 digits. On that first login, you must create a private username and a password of at least 10 characters. You can add an email and change those credentials later.
Can I replace the photos or get custom visuals?
Upload your own logo, team, storefront, products, and project images at any time. Your purchase also includes tools to create up to 15 custom images for the site. Generated concepts are labeled honestly; customer-provided project photography can be presented as real work.
What about leads, phones, mobile devices, and browsers?
Contact actions stay one tap away, forms send customer inquiries, and layouts are built responsively for phones, tablets, and desktops. We test the shared components in current Chromium, Safari/WebKit, and Firefox behavior so the same reliable foundation carries into every prospect site.
Do I own the site, and can I take it elsewhere?
The finished business content and brand assets are yours to use. We provide the managed editor and free hosting for life. If you later want a technical handoff or a different host, contact us and we will coordinate the cleanest available takeover path for the site.
